The Clarks CFR-06 pairs a 7075 aerospace-grade alloy carrier with a stainless steel braking band in a floating two-piece design. The band is free to expand as it heats, so the rotor stays flat and true where a one-piece rotor would start to warp and sing.

At around 104g for the 180mm it is genuinely light for a steel-banded rotor, and the alloy spider strips rotating weight from the wheel where you feel it most. Clarks describe the construction as invulnerable to warp — it is a rotor built for repeated hard braking rather than occasional use.

Standard 6-bolt fitment. Suits mountain, gravel, hybrid and e-bikes.
