Ridiculous deals on bike parts, outdoor gear and useful oddities.

We buy clearance stock, warehouse finds, bankrupt stock, overstocks and strange little job lots — then sell them cheap before they disappear.

Proper brands. Proper bargains. Limited quantities.

UK stock / Fast dispatch / Limited clearance deals / Real brands / No fake sale bollocks

Start with the good stuff

Bike Parts & Components
SRAM, Shimano, wheels, saddles, tyres, tools and whatever else we’ve managed to get our hands on.

Outdoor & Hydration
CamelBak, bottles, packs, sunglasses, kit for riding, walking, camping and generally being outside.

Tools & Workshop
Useful kit for people who fix things, bodge things, build things or just like owning proper tools.

Weird Stuff
Marine clocks, odd stock, random finds and all the other bollocks we dream up.

Top 10 things people are currently fighting over

These are the products shifting fastest right now. Some are here for sensible reasons. Some are here because people are strange.

Why is it so cheap?

Because we’re not normal retail.

We buy stock in awkward ways. Clearance lines. Overstock. End-of-line products. Job lots. Pallets of things that were sitting in the wrong warehouse annoying the wrong person.

That means we can sell good stuff at stupid prices.

It also means when it’s gone, it’s probably gone. We can’t always get more. We often don’t even know how we got it in the first place.

How Banana works

1. We find strange stock
Bike parts, outdoor gear, tools, salvage, useful kit and occasional nonsense.

2. We buy it properly cheap
Usually because someone needs space, cash, sanity or all three.

3. You get the bargain
The deal is simple: if you like it, buy it before someone else does.

Why are the sunglasses so cheap?

A load of good sunglasses turned up. We bought them. Now they’re cheap. That’s the whole business model, really.
The Great Sunglasses Scam
r/ superstarcomponents • proper bike bits

We cleared out Superstar Components

Neil at Superstar had a huge amount of old stock sat about, so we took the transit down and made him an offer for it. That’s why we’ve got grips, clamps, tools and parts at prices that look like a mistake.
u/ bananaindustries • don’t overthink it

Why is there marine salvage?

Because sometimes you go looking for bike bits and come back with a ship’s clock. Don’t overthink it.

Japan’s Finest: Nitto & Ostrich at Banana

You don’t see much Japanese bike kit in the UK. A few odd imports, the occasional part tucked away in a boutique shop, and that’s about it. But at Banana we’ve done something daft (in a good way): we’ve pulled...
