Production Process:
About 1 hour after hand-picking the olives, they are carried to the Strakka Estate's own oil mill for milling. Grinding is done by cold pressing without adding water. The oil is stored in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen added to the empty part of the tank. The room temperature is constant and controlled.

Perfect for light coating of pans, salads, grilling, and portion control. The spray format ensures even distribution and reduces waste.
