Polyphenols and health
Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives (e.g. oleuropein complex and tyrosol) in olive oil, which applies to oils containing at least 5 mg per 20 g.
How to use
RAW+ suggests a daily serving of 15ml (1 tablespoon), taken straight, ideally at the same time each day. It is best used raw, as heat reduces polyphenols. Store in a cool, dark place.
