RAW+ ELITE 2000+ High-Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 250ml

RAW+ ELITE 2000+ is the highest-strength oil in the RAW+ range: a high-phenolic extra virgin olive oil with 2,017 mg/kg total polyphenols and 1,249 mg/kg oleocanthal, made from Kalamon olives grown in Lakonia, Greece and harvested in September 2025. Supplied in a 250ml bottle with the laboratory figures below. Expect a pronounced peppery finish.

Polyphenols and health

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives (e.g. oleuropein complex and tyrosol) in olive oil, which applies to oils containing at least 5 mg per 20 g.

How to use

RAW+ suggests a daily serving of 15ml (1 tablespoon), taken straight, ideally at the same time each day. It is best used raw, as heat reduces polyphenols. Store in a cool, dark place.
