We stock a small, deliberate range. Fir honey with deep resinous bitterness. Pine honey that’s dark, savoury and mineral. Heather honey that’s floral, dense and unmistakably British. Botanical honeys shaped by wild flowers, herbs, altitude and season.

Most of these honeys are raw or minimally filtered, meaning the natural enzymes, plant compounds and flavour are left intact. Texture, colour and taste change from batch to batch. That’s the point.
