The Shimano Deore SM-RT54 is a 160mm disc brake rotor built for trail and all-mountain riding where consistent, confident braking matters. This variant uses an external lock ring, compatible with standard Centre Lock hubs that use a cassette-tool lockring — the most common setup on modern MTB and gravel wheels.
