Dae Yang Aluminium Deck Light with Cage

A reclaimed deck light manufactured by Dae Yang for marine use. Originally installed on working vessels, these large pendant fittings were designed to provide broad overhead illumination while protecting the glass from accidental damage.

The spun aluminium shade is paired with a brass top plate, heavy glass lens and protective wire guard. The original military-green finish has been retained, preserving the industrial character of the fitting and the appearance it would have had in service.

At 40cm in diameter, this is a substantial hanging light that works particularly well over dining tables, kitchen islands, bars and commercial spaces.

Supplied with its original E40 lamp holder.
